prim17062:How to omit certain projects from showing in a multi-project report in Contract Manager

1. Create a new folder in the Project View.  Right-click the top level folder in the Project View and select Administer Views, New.  Use the New View dialog box to create a new hierarchy of projects and folders.  For additional information on adding/modifying a Project View in Contract Manager, see Solution ID:  prim13330  How to create project sub folders / Move projects to a folder in the Project View.
    


2. Organize the projects accordingly, by moving projects into the new folder.  Click OK to display the new view in the Project View pane.
    


3. Highlight the folder containing the desired projects and click Print located on the right side of the header.
    


4. From the drop-down list, choose the desired module and click Show.
    


5. Select the report from the list on the right and click either Print or Preview.
