prim19498:After selecting “Fit To 1 Page Wide” in page setup, Print Preview and printout displays 2 pages wide worth of data.

There are 2 reasons why P3 may print more pages than is defined under “Fit to ___ Page Wide”

1. P3 does not compress or resize the column section of the layout.
2. P3 does not compress data onto one page to the point that the data is not readable. 

Workarounds:

Go to File, Page Setup

1.  Use the Start and End dates to reduce time frame of data to be displayed.

2.  Select ‘Show visible columns only’

3.  Reduce margins

If Printouts are still more than desired, in the Layout

1. Go to Format, Timescale and increase the Minimum Time unit. For example, change Hours to Days, or Days to Months.

2.  Use Density bar to compact display period.

3.  Use Start and End to reduce the display period.
