Fact: Expedition Professional 10.1, 10, 9.1, 9.0
Fact: Expedition reports and forms must conform to a file naming convention.

Report and form file names must begin with one of the following:


r_         (reports)


f_         (forms)


d_        (dunning letters)


m_       (multiproject reports)


em_     (embedded reports)

Problem: Cannot see new customized report or form in Advanced Print window
Problem: Cannot see new customized report or form in Expedition
Change: User customized an Expedition report or form via InfoMaker and gave the report or form a new file name
Cause: When a new report or form is created the Expedition web server is not aware of the new file
Fix: 1. Login to Expedition Administration

Fix: 2. Open Expedition Administration > Server Configuration

3. Perform an import of the reports and forms by clicking the Import Reports and Forms button



4. Return to Expedition, access the applicable module or record, click on Select an Action > Advanced Print. The Advanced Print window pops open allowing the user to select the desired report or form. The customized report or form should appear in the Advanced Print window.
