| Problem: | System Errors when attempting to print: Error Number 2 Image may be NSFW. |
| Cause: | The user had Norton Internet Security installed and enabled on the workstation. |
| Cause: | The user had McAfee Personal Firewall installed and enabled on the workstation. |
| Fix: | Disable the Norton Internet Security application. For more information on configuring this application, please contact the application vendor, Symantec. For more information on modifying the configuration to the Norton Internet Security application, please refer to the following solution provided by Symantec: Cannot see all of a Web page when Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall is installed |
| Fix: | Disable McAfee Personal Firewall. If error persists, uninstall McAfee Personal Firewall. |
