| Problem: | Basic Scripts do not run at all or do not run correctly |
| Problem: | PRNCODES does not run |
| Problem: | PRNCODES does nothing when clicking OK in the Print Dictionaries dialog |
| Cause: | The user does not have permissions to read or write to the Scripts32 folder |
| Fix: | 1. Locate the Scripts32 folder. Default location is C:\Program Files\SureTrak\Scripts32. 2. Right-click the Scripts32 folder and then choose Properties. 3. Click the Security tab. 4. Set your user to have at least read/write permission for that folder. 5. If you don’t have permission to change the folder properties, contact your local computer support administrators and have them change the permissions for you. |
