prim16600:Error: “PRMLOOK caused a General Protection Fault in Module PRMLOOK.EXE”

To resolve the issue follow these steps:

1. Close Primavera Look and P3.


2. Ensure that the latest Printer Driver has been installed.
   Note: See manufacturers website for further details and downloads.


3. Select, Start, Settings, Printers.


4. Right-click on the desired printer and click on ‘Set as default‘


5. Right-click on the desired printer and select ‘Properties‘


6. Set the paper orientation and paper size preferences as required for the P3 output.
   Note: How this is achieved will depend upon the specific printer and installed printer driver.  See manufacturers documentation for further details.


7. Launch P3 and open the project.


8. Select to print the required layout or schedule.


9. In the ‘Output Options’ select to ‘Print Immediately’ – as shown below:
